Wilson Hand
I'm Wilson, and I’ve been coaching young men in lacrosse for 8 years now. I played D1 lacrosse at Brown University and currently play in a men’s league. I’ve trained and competed at the highest levels, and now I’m focused on helping the next generation reach their full potential. With the right mix of lacrosse drills, strength training, and speed work, I believe in developing complete players who can excel on and off the field.
Mark Hand
With 18 years of playing experience and 9 years of coaching, lacrosse has been my passion since I first picked up a stick. I had the privilege of playing at lacrosse the University of North Carolina. Now, as a coach, my mission is to help athletes reach their full potential on and off the field. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, I currently coach the men’s program for FCA Lacrosse and serve as an assistant coach at Briarwood. I believe the most impactful work a player can do is what he puts in on his own.
